Strengthen my 'Emotional & Spiritual' Health
I have been practicing under the guidance of Cathelijn for almost 5 months and have only positive things to say.
Cathelijn conducts each session in a way that suits the needs & situation of the student. She is very patient, calm and insightful. She not only provides practices and kriyas for the physical health but also coaching and conversations for one’s emotional and spiritual health.
What I also really like is the way Cathelijn blends the exercises from different disciplines of yoga to create unique sets of movements and exercises that are aimed at producing specific results, such as energy balance, skin health, etc.
Over the course of these past 5 months, I have seen significant positive changes in my health, energy levels and state of well-being. I am very grateful to have gotten the chance to meet Cathelijn and embark on this transformative journey of yoga with her. I can only recommend her as a teacher & coach.
